How do I place an order?

What is your turnaround time?
Standard turnaround time is typically 5–14 business days, depending on the size and complexity of the order. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.

Do you offer rush orders?
Yes! Rush orders are accepted based on availability. Additional rush fees may apply.

Do you require a deposit?
No, all orders must be paid in full before we begin processing your order.

What products do you customize?
We offer custom apparel, business merchandise, party favors, graduation items, DTF prints/transfers, branding materials, and more.

Can I provide my own design or logo?
Absolutely! You can upload your logo, inspiration photos, or design ideas during the ordering process.

Do you create custom designs?
Yes! We offer custom design services for businesses, events, birthdays, graduations, and special occasions.

Can I see a mockup before production?
Yes. Digital mockups are provided for approval before production begins on most custom orders.

Bulk & Business Orders

Do you offer bulk pricing?
Yes! Bulk pricing is available for orders of 20+ items. Contact us directly for a custom quote.

Do you offer business branding packages?
Yes. We provide branding services, including custom apparel, promotional products, logo design, business printing, and website design options.

Shipping, Pickup & Delivery

Do you offer shipping?
Yes, shipping is available within the U.S. Shipping costs are calculated based on order size and location.

Do you offer local pickup or delivery?
Yes. Local pickup and limited delivery options may be available depending on your location.

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Tracking information will be sent once your order ships.

Payments & Policies

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major payment methods, including Cash App, Apple Pay, debit/credit cards, and other approved payment platforms.

Are refunds or exchanges available?
Due to the customized nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds or exchanges are only considered if there is an error made on our end.

What happens if I enter incorrect customization details?
Please review all spelling, sizing, and design details carefully before approving your order. We are not responsible for errors that occur after approval.

DTF Prints & Transfers

Do you offer DTF prints and transfers?
Yes! We offer high-quality DTF prints and transfers for personal and business use.

Can I order gang sheets?
Yes. Gang sheets are available in multiple sizes.

Do you provide pressing instructions?
Yes. Pressing instructions are included with all DTF transfer orders.

To prolong the longevity of your product, please follow the guide above, washing instructions are an equally important part of a care label. Fabrics sometimes react adversely to heat. To avoid shrinking your favorite sweater, burning your custom photo, or stretching out your designs, look above.
