STORE POLICIES

We founded MyDesignedIt Customs & Creations with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. Our store policies are detailed below.

OUR TURNAROUND TIME

Please allow 7-14 business days once your order is confirmed. Rush orders are available for an additional fee (please see rush orders policy).

All orders must be paid in full before customizations begin.

RUSH ORDERS

Any orders not placed within a week (7 days) in advance will require a rush fee of $50.00. If it is a last minute party/bulk order, the fee will be $100.00.

OUR RETURN POLICY

At Mydesignedit Custom Creations, every item is uniquely made-to-order and customized specifically for you. All sales are final. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

 

Please ensure that:

  • All spelling, names, dates, sizes, and design details are correct before submitting your order.

  • You have carefully reviewed any mockups or proofs provided prior to production.

 

Mydesignedit Custom Creations is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

We take pride in our quality. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photos of the item and the packaging.

 

Once reviewed, we will determine if a replacement is warranted. Approved issues will be corrected at no additional cost.

LIMITED WARRANTY COVERAGE (7 DAYS)

We stand behind the quality of our products and craftsmanship. Mydesignedit Custom Creations offers a 7-day limited warranty from the date of delivery covering:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Application issues (e.g., peeling, cracking due to production error)

 

If a qualifying issue occurs within this timeframe, we will offer a replacement of the item. This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Improper care (including failure to follow washing/care instructions)

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or alterations

  • Sizing issues or preference changes

  • Minor variations in color or design placement (due to handmade/custom nature)

AFTERCARE RESPONSIBILITY

To maintain the quality of your custom item, customers are responsible for following all provided care instructions. Failure to do so will void the warranty.

PRIVACY POLICY

We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Any information you provide—such as your name, contact details, photos, or order information—is used only to process and fulfill your order and communicate with you.

We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal information to any third parties.

Your information is kept secure and only accessed when necessary to complete your order or provide customer support.
